ABOUT OUR MAY GUEST, DALIA COLON
After one too many Ohio winters, Cleveland native Dalia Colón (dah-LEE-ah co-LOAN) moved to Florida and never looked back. Today she is executive producer/host of WUSF’s The Zest Podcast and associate producer/co-host of WEDU Arts Plus on Tampa Bay’s PBS television station. Her first book, The Florida Vegetarian Cookbook, won gold in the 2024 Florida Book Awards. Dalia lives with her family and two unruly dogs in Riverview, and she never leaves home without a snack.
